Greg Richardson is a man who prefers actions with tangible results rather than promises and words. As a holder of a certificate in Project Management, an arsenal of self-taught skills and perseverance like no other, Greg upholds the basic tenets of business in order to produce results based on realistic goals and action plans. Regardless of the tasks, Greg ensures that the people are taken care of and excellent results are produced.
Greg began working at the age of twelve and held many positions throughout the years. His work ethic and desire to succeed encouraged Greg to make the move from Vancouver to Edmonton towards greener pastures. Once in Edmonton, Greg Enrolled in NAIT night classes to study business. It is here that Greg found a passion for programming. A few sub-Contracting jobs and eleven years of programming later, Greg incorporated his own company in 1998 – EagleRock Computer. The years to follow saw company acquisitions, business wins, business losses and of course economy downturns. 2013 brought hardship and the relocation of company headquarters to Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Greg worked tremendously hard and was able to persevere on. Since that time, EagleRock Computer has experienced growth for eight consecutive years and now boasts a team that is 7 members strong.
Greg, functioning as president of EagleRock Computer, has shown beyond doubt that he is perfect for the job. The values Greg has carried out through business overlap into his personal life. This is best represented through the loving relationship Greg shares with his two step-daughters and four amazing grandchildren. Greg is caring, honest, reliable and always lives and works by one phrase “Anything worth doing is worth doing right”.
