A big big thank you to EagleRock Computers! I came in with an MSI laptop with a very broken charging port. The day after I dropped it off I received a call telling me what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. It was fixed in less than a week and ready to be picked up. I had already brought it to another business to try and have it repaired and they told me I would just have to send it to Ontario to the MSI service centre. I never appreciated how I was basically courting computer viruses, malware, and ransomware attacks until Greg gave me an education in how these programs operate. Also, Greg gave me great advice on making sure I had a secure domain for my customers that visit my office's website. Ended up having issues with my laptop. It was getting really lethargic and had other issues as well. Did not know any computer techs but did not want to take my machine back to the big store I had been to before, Had spotted EagleRock's sign from the highway in Fort Saskatchewan, so I decided to give them a try. From the very beginning, I was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness. A diagnostic test revealed that my hard drive was shot. Turned out that the other issues I had would have been a little on the expensive side to fix so it was suggested I purchase an external keyboard instead.. Approximately 4 hours later, I had my machine back, and it runs great. I have now found a go-to computer repair place. I will not hesitate to tell all my friends.René Boudreau

I wanted to leave a review to once again express my thanks to this company. This was my second positive experience dealing with Eagle Rock, my first being when they tried to troubleshoot an issue with my laptop a year back, and when they couldn't find the root of the issue, I was not charged a dime. This time around, my laptop needed a new solid state drive. They not only sped up the process since I was starting my Master's program online around the same time my computer crapped out (impeccable timing), but they upgraded my SSD to a larger one (1TB) for the price of a smaller one (500 GB) so I could get my computer back sooner.
